Cash Flow Inventory can easily manage manage Taxes, Payment Terms, Payment Methods and Shipping methods. Here you can manage (add, edit, delete) Taxes, payment terms, Payment Methods and shipping methods.
Taxes :
Easily manage your purchase & sales taxes. Purchase taxes are exclusive in Cash Flow Inventory from purchase amount because if your taxes are inclusive no need to manage taxes differently, just pay the total purchase amount to the supplier.
In sales orders, taxes are exclusive but added to the sales amount to collect the total amount from the customer. If sales taxes are inclusive no need to be added differently, from your sales report you can calculate your taxes.
Add the tax names with tax percent from the tax setting page.
Payment Terms :
In terms of dues, you must manage payment terms like Net-15 (15 days), Net-30 (30 days), at the end of the month, and Cash on delivery.
Payment Methods :
Payment method is an important term when payment can be made on hand cash, on a check (bank), or from online payment processors like PayPal, stripe, etc. Add payment methods and keep the record for every transaction.
Shipping Methods :
Shipping methods are are methods how to delivering sales products to the customers. May be on hand or via shipping companies.
Only “admin” account has the permission to manage these settings.
