One sale, five documents, one set of books

Every step is a document with its own number, and each one changes stock or the books exactly once. Use all five or switch off the ones you don’t need: five questions choose one of 20 sales processes.

  1. Order

Approve it to reserve stock. Credit control can warn or block.

  2. Pick and pack

The warehouse picks by location, lot or serial.

  3. Delivery

Stock leaves the shelf; a courier booking can follow.

  4. Invoice

Revenue, tax and cost of goods post to the ledger.

  5. Payment

Cash, bank, wallet or cash on delivery settles it.

The screens your team will use

Real screens from a demo business. Pick one to look closer.

Start the day with what needs you

Overdue invoices, bills to pay, orders waiting for approval and anything unusual in the books, most urgent first, each one a click from the record.

Inventory you can trace to the document

Every stock change is a movement in one log: sales, purchases, transfers, adjustments, production and counts. So each location has one true stock figure, and every figure has a source.

  • Units with conversions, lots with expiry, serial numbers and bins.
  • Transfer orders between locations; counts against system quantities.
  • Stock never goes below zero unless you allow it.

Sales and orders shaped to how you sell

Accounting that keeps itself up to date

Invoices, bills, receipts, deliveries and production post their own journal entries from your chart of accounts. Your accountant reviews instead of re-keying.

  • Bank reconciliation, fixed assets, budgets and multi-currency.
  • Period locks, and corrections by new entries with a reason.
  • Profit and loss and balance sheet from the live ledger; tax returns from the posted documents.

A till on the same stock and the same books

Scan or tap, take payment, and the sale is in stock and in the ledger at once. No end-of-day import, no second system.

  • Barcode scanning, parked sales and returns.
  • Shifts, promotions, loyalty points and gift cards.
  • Works on a tablet or a phone screen.

An assistant that works the real screens

Ask where something is, why a figure looks wrong or what is waiting. It answers with links to the records and, with your approval, fills in the screens step by step while you watch.

  • Operator mode works through the menus; take over at any step.
  • Work queues gather what waits for approval, picking or payment.
  • Tutor mode teaches the same steps to new staff.
  • Any AI app can connect over the Model Context Protocol, with the person’s own rights.

Integrations, with how far each is proven

Live means it runs against the real service today. Sandbox means it passed the provider’s own test system and still has to be proven with your account.

  • Live: WooCommerce online stores and Steadfast courier bookings.
  • Sandbox: 13 more store platforms including Shopify and BigCommerce, 9 marketplaces including Amazon and eBay, 30 more carriers, QuickBooks Online and Xero.

Tax and e-invoicing, country by country

The app runs in 21 languages with multi-currency and country profiles for formats, fiscal years and tax. Tax and e-invoicing rules come as localisation packs.

Three packs have passed the tax office’s own test environment: ZATCA (Saudi Arabia), KSeF 2.0 (Poland) and SUNAT (Peru). National e-invoice profiles are built to the published specifications and are not certified; every file says so.

  • Saudi Arabia: ZATCA
  • Poland: KSeF 2.0
  • Peru: SUNAT

Why one system instead of two

Most growing businesses run a stock app and an accounting package side by side. Here is what changes when both are one ledger.

Your data, kept apart and accounted for

What the software does today to keep each business’s data separate, decide who sees what, and record every change.

  • A database per business

Each business works in its own isolated database.

  • Rights down to the field

Per page, per field such as cost or margin, and per amount.

  • An audit trail on every change

Who, when, and from what to what. Posted entries are never edited in place.

  • Two-step sign-in

An authenticator code on top of the password; company sign-in over SAML 2.0.

  • Credentials encrypted

Keys and tokens of stores, couriers and payment providers are encrypted and never shown again.

  • Privacy tools

Export or erase a person’s data, and choose how long message content is kept.

Is the free plan really free?

Yes. It has no time limit and needs no card. It includes 2 locations, 2 users, 50 items and 30 sales and 30 purchase orders a month.

Is it for restaurants?

Not at present. Table service, kitchen displays and recipe costing are not its focus. It suits trading, distribution, light manufacturing, retail, online selling, pharmacy and service businesses.

Can I bring my stock and customers from another system?

Yes. Products, customers and suppliers import from Excel or CSV, and a connected online store brings its products and orders in. Any list exports to Excel.

Which countries does it work in?

Any country: you choose the currency, language, formats and taxes. Where a localisation pack exists, it adds that country’s tax forms and e-invoice format.
