In Cash Flow Inventory “admin” user can Add & edit user’s permissions. “admin” user can customize permissions for new and existing users in different segments like page level permission (permission to access a page) and operation levels permission like add, edit, delete suppliers, customers, employees, products, stock transfers, purchase orders, sales orders, and other operational activities.

How to Add Users to Cash Flow Inventory :

Login> Dashboard> Settings> Users

Click “add new” to add a user. In first step add users’ name, job title, phone number & brief overview.


In the next step add user id, user email (if add, user can use forgot password), password (when the new user login), default location (users’ store location), and fixed location yes or no (if fixed location yes, then the user can not access & manage other locations’ activities, if no, then can access & manage activities of other locations)

Users Permissions Control in Cash Flow Inventory :

Customize which records the user can view, edit, or delete. You can select from the following permissions for a user.

User Access or Information Management :

Here an “admin” account can change user id (any user), email, password, default location, fixed location, and active status).

In the user info tab, the “admin” account can change the name ( user), job title, phone number & brief overview(any user).

Only the “admin” account can manage user permissions.
