The purpose of a production order is to obtain material relating to a known person or business, such as bank statements and correspondence. The order requires the person specified to either hand over the material contained in the order to an officer or to grant the officer access to that material.

How to Manage Production Order In Cash Flow Inventory :

Login> Dashboard> Production> Production Order

Production Name : The product name (title) which you want to produced. This type of products is not purchase from suppliers.

Search production item name, select and press enter.

Production Qty : The quantity of products you want to produced in a definite production order

Enter your production quantity and press enter.

Production order get data from BOM and It looks like below:

Other Fields You Have to Know:

Batch Id : The unique id of a production process. You can keep empty if not needed.

Mfg Date : Manufactured date if needed.

Exp Date : Expired date if needed.

Total: Total cost of the definite production order.

Cost / Qty: Cost per unit production.

Production Deadline: The expected date of a definite production process.

Delivery Deadline: The expected date (of a definite production process) delivery finished product to the sales center.

Raw Materials Delivery: Raw materials delivery status to start production.

Status: Overall production status.

Finished Goods Received: Finished goods received status to sell.

Closing Status: The production process closing status.

After fills the product order data properly save the data.

Manage Production Process or Tasks:

Login> Dashboard> Production> Schedule
