In Cash Flow Inventory Purchase orders are the buying orders (to your suppliers) for buy, receive products and billing management. Here no need additional invoice or bills only check your billing status and pay against it.

Cash Flow Inventory simplifies the purchase process :

  • According to your preferred forecast period calculate products demands and generate supplier wise purchase orders (in one click). It can confirm it by one click or can manually edit before confirming order. You has freedom to use this forecast based automated orders or can completely ignore it.
  • Cash flow inventory helps to keep right amount of products supply according to demands for avoiding empty stock as well as over stock. For this you can use your capitals in the right way for maximize your profits and keep your reputation well.
  • Can manage additional shipping costs and every products units landed cost.
  • It tracks purchase dues (against orders) with due payment dates for keep your reputation well with suppliers.
  • Here you can easily manage returns for exchangeable product conditions.
  • Can adjust advanced payments (undefined payments) and unused balance (may be credited when edit purchase order or when products returns without exchange or money back) with new and existing purchase orders.
  • Improved accuracy, in both inventory and financial management.

How to use purchase orders in Cash Flow Inventory :

Login> Dashboard> Purchase> Orders

Click “Add new” in the right site (right bottom corner for mobile view) and a new tab is opened.

Select suppliers from supplier Id(input field). Add products from product title(Input field) or from SKU (Input field) ( here you can use Bar Code or QR Code scanner).

Receipt Status : If checked purchase products are receipt and updated your stocks. Here you can’t receive partial products against an order. Have have to receipt all products of an order. If needed you can edit rather than partial receipt. If not checked this input field it means you haven’t receive the products against this or that order after receiving products (according to delivery date) you have to update receipt status.

Billing and Payments : After checked billing status it activated payments option to your suppliers. It may be fully paid or partially or may be fully due.

Discount and Tax : discount

Shipping and extra cost : shipping

Payments and dues management : When entry your purchase orders you can entry payments (instant payment) amount in the order. And due payments for the next time you have entry in purchase payments

Open and close status : open

Edit purchase order:

Go go purchase orders (Filter and search if needed)

and click the order number. Open a new tab and shown like below. Here you can not change your supplier (if need delete and entry new) can change products their quantity and payments details.

Delete purchase order:

(Same as Above) Go to an order and delete it.

Reset and new order: Click reset for a new order.
