Ecommerce Integrations

Your storefront and your inventory system shouldn't need a human in the middle reconciling them — so they don't have one. Orders flow in, stock levels flow both ways, and products push out to your store automatically, all without manual re-entry. Five major platforms have full, live, webhook-driven sync today, with a broader library of shipping carrier and marketplace connectors available for credential setup as they roll out to full sync.

Who this is for

  • Retailers selling through Shopify, WooCommerce, BigCommerce, eBay, or Salesforce Commerce Cloud / Adobe Commerce (Magento).
  • Businesses that need their online stock count and their warehouse stock count to actually agree, in real time.
  • Operations that want online orders to post directly into their accounting books, not just their order list.

1. FULLY LIVE, TWO-WAY SYNC PLATFORMS

These five platforms have complete, real-time, webhook-driven integrations — connect once and orders, products, and inventory sync automatically from that point forward:

Two-way sync: orders in, stock and catalog both ways

  • Shopify — connect with your store's subdomain, approve access, and you're live. New orders, product changes, and inventory level updates all push to your system automatically and in real time (typically within seconds), in both directions. A background safety-net process re-checks for anything that didn't sync immediately, so a brief connectivity hiccup never means a lost order. Bulk import (pulling in your whole existing catalog on first connect) and bulk export are both supported.
  • WooCommerce — connect with your WordPress site's API credentials. Full order and product sync, plus your Promotions built in this system can be pushed out as native WooCommerce coupons on your live storefront — build a promotion once, and it works both in-store and online.
  • BigCommerce — the same real-time, two-way sync pattern as Shopify/ WooCommerce, with a visual progress dashboard for bulk imports and promotion rules pushed out as BigCommerce discounts.
  • eBay — product listings and orders sync in both directions, with eBay's official category structure mapped correctly onto your own product categories (a harder problem on eBay than most platforms, since eBay's category tree is fixed by eBay itself rather than merchant-defined).
  • Salesforce Commerce Cloud & Adobe Commerce (Magento) — enterprise commerce platform sync following the same category-mapping and product/order sync approach, built for larger, more complex storefront deployments.

For every platform above, when an order comes in, the corresponding sales order and invoice are created automatically in your system, the customer is matched or created, and your stock is adjusted — the same as if someone had entered the order by hand, just instant and automatic.

2. SHIPMENT TRACKING — AFTERSHIP

A live, working connection to AfterShip's tracking service: once connected, you get a real-time shipment tracking dashboard — carrier, tracking number, and current status — linked directly back to the sales order each shipment belongs to.

3. THE BROADER INTEGRATION LIBRARY

Beyond the platforms above, Cash Flow Inventory maintains connection pages for a wide roster of additional shipping carriers (DHL, FedEx, UPS, USPS, and 20+ regional and international carriers), marketplaces (Amazon, Walmart, Etsy, Facebook, TikTok, and others), and storefront/ accounting platforms (OpenCart, PrestaShop, Squarespace, QuickBooks, Xero, and more). Credentials for these can be entered and saved today, ready to go live as each one reaches full sync in our ongoing integration rollout — so you can get set up in advance instead of waiting. If a specific platform's live sync status matters to your evaluation, our team can confirm exactly where it stands.

4. HOW IT CONNECTS TO THE REST OF THE SYSTEM

  • Inventory — synced stock levels move through the exact same central inventory ledger as every in-store sale, so your online and offline channels are always looking at one true stock count.
  • Sales Orders / Invoicing — orders from a connected storefront create real sales orders and invoices, following the same approval and accounting rules as any manually entered order.
  • Promotions — for platforms with promotion sync (WooCommerce, BigCommerce), a discount built once in your system works automatically on your live storefront too.

5. WHY IT SCALES FROM SMB TO ENTERPRISE

01

Small business

Connect your Shopify or WooCommerce store in minutes — your first import brings your existing catalog in automatically.

02

Growing business

Real-time, both-directions inventory sync means you can safely sell the same physical stock across your online store and your physical location without overselling.

03

Enterprise

BigCommerce and SFCC/Adobe Commerce support, plus a resilient webhook architecture with automatic retry for missed events, are built for higher-volume, higher-stakes storefront operations.
