Media Library

Stop hunting for a bad product photo one edit screen at a time. Media Library is one centralized gallery for every product, variant, and category image in your catalog — find any image by product, variant, or category name, then crop, filter, replace, or remove it right there, with a built-in editor and an Amazon-style zoom to check detail before you commit to a change.

Who this is for

  • Retailers and wholesalers with large catalogs who need to audit or clean up product photography without clicking into hundreds of individual product pages.
  • Ecommerce sellers who need listing images looking consistent across a big catalog before a sync to a storefront.
  • Anyone who inherited a catalog full of missing, blurry, or wrong images and needs to find and fix them fast, not one page at a time.

Every image tied to a product, a product variant, or a category lives in one gallery. Search by product, variant, or category name to jump straight to the image you need instead of trying to remember which product page it's buried in. It's the same underlying image record every product page itself displays, so editing it here changes what customers and your team see everywhere that image is used, immediately.

Searchable Gallery Built-in Editor Zoom to Inspect Bulk Select & Delete Auto-Compressed Uploads

2. THE BUILT-IN IMAGE EDITOR

Open any image and adjust it without leaving the page or reaching for separate photo-editing software:

  • Resize with explicit Width/Height controls.
  • Filters: Original, Grayscale, Sepia, Invert, Soft Blur.
  • Replace Image swaps in a new file for the same product/variant/ category slot; Remove Image clears it.
  • Reset discards unsaved edits; Save Changes commits them. Click or hover to zoom in on the full-resolution image before editing — the same close-up-inspection pattern shoppers expect from a modern storefront, available here for your own quality-control pass.

3. BULK CLEANUP AND STORAGE-FRIENDLY UPLOADS

Select multiple images and delete them in one pass instead of one at a time — useful after a bulk product import leaves behind duplicates or placeholder art. New uploads are compressed automatically, so a catalog with thousands of product photos doesn't quietly turn into a storage and page-load problem as it grows.

4. HOW IT CONNECTS TO THE REST OF THE SYSTEM

  • The same image record shown here is what Products & Inventory (02) displays on every product and variant, and what a synced storefront pulls for Ecommerce Integrations (41) — one edit, everywhere it's used.
  • Item Types & Service Catalog (54) items (Inventory, Non-Inventory, and Service lines) all share this same gallery, so a Service line's listing photo is managed the identical way a stocked product's is.
  • Access is controlled the same way as every other module — Settings & Permissions (42) governs who can view, add, edit, or delete images here, independent of who can edit product data itself.

5. WHY IT SCALES FROM SMB TO ENTERPRISE

01

Small catalog

Fix a blurry photo or crop out a background in a minute, without needing separate design software.

02

Growing catalog

Bulk-select and delete leftover images from a supplier feed or a bulk import in one pass instead of hunting product by product.

03

Enterprise catalog

A dedicated, permission-gated gallery keeps thousands of product images consistent and audit-visible, with automatic compression keeping storage and load times in check as the catalog grows into the tens of thousands of SKUs.
