1. THE REPORTS HUB — Organized by Category
Reports presents every available report as a card in a category grid — Sales, Purchase, Inventory, Production, Financial, Payables/ Receivables, Services — so instead of hunting through menus, you browse by the kind of question you're trying to answer. Every report link is permission-gated: a report only appears for a given user if they've actually been granted access to it, which keeps the hub relevant and uncluttered per person instead of dumping the entire company's report library on everyone regardless of role. Each report card is also gated by whether the underlying module is turned on at all — a business with Leads or Subscriptions off never sees the matching report, the same feature-flag convention every module in this product follows.
1.1 Sales (17 reports) Sales by Customer, Sales by Reference, Sales by Operator, Sales by Item, Sales by Location, Profits by Item, Gross Profits — who's buying, what's selling, which staff member closed it, and what it actually made you after cost. Sales Orders Report, Sales Invoices Report, Pending Sales Orders, Packing History — the operational trail from order to fulfillment. Sales Return Orders, Sales Returns by Item, Customer Statement — what's coming back and what a specific customer's running balance looks like. Sales Tax Detail, Sales Tax Liability, Sales Tax Liability Summary — what you collected and what you owe (see the Sales Tax Management guide for the filing workflow these feed).
1.2 Purchase (9 reports) Purchase Orders Report, Pending Purchase Orders, Purchases by Supplier, Purchases by Item — what you've ordered and from whom. Receiving History, Purchase Returns Report — what actually arrived, and what went back. Bills Report, Purchase Tax, Supplier Statement — what you were billed, tax paid on purchases, and a supplier's running balance.
1.3 Inventory (9 reports) Inventory Summary, Inventory Valuation Summary, Stock Summary, Stock Aging Report, Stock Movement Report — how much you're holding, what it's worth, how old it is, and where it's been. Stock Transfer Orders, Stock Transfers by Item — inter-location movement. Stock Adjustments Report, Stock Reconciliation Report — manual corrections and physical-count results.
1.4 Production (5 reports) Bill of Materials Report, Work Orders Report, Production Report — what you're building and what it's costing. Work Order Task Completion, Pending Work Order Tasks — shop-floor progress.
1.5 Financial (7 reports) Profit & Loss, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow Statement, Trial Balance, General Ledger — the formal statements (see the Financial Statements guide for how these are produced). Expense Summary, Audit Trail — where the money went, and who changed what.
1.6 Payables / Receivables (6 reports) Payables, Payables Aging Summary, Payments Made Report — what you owe and when it's due. Receivables, Receivables Aging Summary, Payments Received Report — what's owed to you and when it's due.
1.7 Marketing (1 report) Promotion Performance — how a specific promotion or discount actually affected sales.
1.8 Services (3 reports) Lead Conversion — total leads, how many converted vs. went Unqualified, your conversion rate, and total pipeline value, filterable by source, assigned rep, and date range — see the Leads, Quotations & Job Conversions guide. Quotation Pipeline & Win Rate — total quotations, open pipeline value, win rate, and average days a quotation stays open before a decision, filterable by status, customer, and date range. Subscription Revenue (MRR) — active subscription count and active Monthly Recurring Revenue, MRR lost to cancellations, and estimated Annual Recurring Revenue, filterable by cadence, service, customer, and status — see the Subscriptions & Recurring Billing guide.
2. FAVORITES — Skip the Grid for Your Daily Reports
Every report on the hub has a star toggle right next to it — click it once and that report is saved to your personal Favorites list, accessible from its own dedicated nav entry. If you check the same handful of reports every morning, you never have to browse the full category grid to find them again.
3. CUSTOM REPORTS — When the Built-In List Isn't Enough
Reports → Custom Reports is a real report builder: pick a data source, apply filters, choose which columns you want, and assemble exactly the report you need — for the specific business question the 57 built-in reports don't happen to answer out of the box.
4. HOW IT CONNECTS TO THE REST OF THE SYSTEM
- Every module in the product — Sales, Inventory, Production, Accounting, Payroll — has its own dedicated reports here, all reading live from the same underlying data as the operational screens themselves.
- Financial Statements — the core statements (P&L, Balance Sheet, Trial Balance, Cash Flow) are accessible from here alongside every other report, in the Financial category.
- Permissions — what a specific user sees on the hub is controlled the same way page-level access is controlled everywhere else in the product (see the Settings & User Permissions guide).
5. WHY IT SCALES FROM SMB TO ENTERPRISE
Small business
The category grid alone makes 57 reports discoverable without training.
Growing business
Favorites means daily routines don't require memorizing menu paths.
Enterprise
The custom report builder and per-user permission-gating give larger organizations the flexibility to build exactly the report a specific team needs, and to control exactly who sees it.
