What it is

Marketplace connections send your available stock to every listing and bring marketplace orders in as sales orders, under the same order rules as the online stores. The marketplaces covered are Amazon, eBay, Etsy, Walmart, TikTok Shop, Shopee, Lazada, Meta (Facebook / Instagram) and Google Merchant Center.

Every marketplace has been tested against the provider's sandbox — on its card the badge reads Verified in sandbox. None is proven live with a real seller account yet.

Who it is for

  • Sellers who list the same stock on several marketplaces and their own shop.
  • Businesses that pick and ship marketplace orders from their own warehouse.
  • Sellers in several countries who need prices in each market's currency.

Before you start#

  • Where you sell set to Online or In person and online in Settings › General.
  • A seller account on the marketplace. Connecting needs you: the approval happens on the marketplace's own page.
  • The integrations right.

Step by step#

  1. Open Integrations and press Set up on the marketplace's card.
  2. Sign in on the marketplace and approve access, or enter the details it gives you.
  3. Link your products to the listings by SKU, or start an import on Integrations › Sync.
  4. Watch the first orders and stock updates in the connection's sync log.

What every marketplace does#

  • Stock: each listing gets your available quantity — on hand minus what open orders hold, whole units, never below 0 — on every stock change, re-checked every 5 minutes.
  • Orders: read every 15 minutes once the schedule is switched on. Paid → approved, with the payment booked as its advance. Not paid yet or cash on delivery → waiting, holding its lines. Cancelled → cancelled here. Refunded in full → cancelled, reason "Refunded on the online store". Fulfilled on the marketplace → stays approved, to pick here. Orders already cancelled or refunded when first seen are not imported.
  • Sign-in: tokens are renewed automatically before they lapse (eBay, Etsy, TikTok Shop, Shopee, Lazada).
  • Cancels: the reason you choose (customer asked, out of stock, address problem, customer didn't pay, pricing error …) is sent as that marketplace's own code. When there is no truthful code, nothing is sent and you get a to-do to cancel it on the marketplace too.

Per marketplace#

MarketplaceWhat to know
AmazonMerchant-fulfilled orders, numbered AMZ- and the Amazon order id. Orders fulfilled by Amazon ship from Amazon's warehouse and are not picked here. A cancel here is sent to Amazon with its reason; prices are in the marketplace's own currency.
eBayDelivering here sends the shipment to eBay. A product deleted, switched off or taken offline here has its listing ended (switching it on lists it again).
EtsyReceipts numbered ETSY- and the receipt id. Delivering with a tracking number marks the order shipped. Etsy's API cannot cancel an order — cancel it in Shop Manager too.
WalmartOrders and status both ways. A product with a valid barcode is offered on the existing Walmart item; otherwise Item setup maps your categories to Walmart product types and fills the required attributes from the product. Markets: US, Canada and Mexico.
TikTok ShopOrders numbered TT- and the order id; unpaid and cash-on-delivery orders wait. Once TikTok no longer allows a seller cancel (shipped), the sync log says so.
Shopee, LazadaOrders and status both ways, shipping with your tracking number, cancels sent.
Meta (Facebook / Instagram)Catalogue and stock sync. Meta retired its order API on 27 October 2026, so shop orders check out on your own website and arrive through your store's integration.
Google Merchant CenterProducts and stock only, with your country, language and currency. Google has no orders.

Walmart item setup#

Open Integrations › Walmart › Manage › Item setup (shown once Walmart is connected). Map each of your categories to a Walmart product type; sub-categories inherit it. The app reads the required attributes for that type and fills them from the product (name, brand, description, images, weight, dimensions, barcode, price, colour). Answers a product does not hold are set once per category. A product missing a required attribute is not sent and shows "needs" with the missing attribute — nothing is invented. Check shows what would be sent without sending. New-item setup works for the US market; in Canada and Mexico, offers go on existing items with a barcode.

How it posts to the books#

A marketplace order is a sales order: approving it holds stock, and picking, delivering and invoicing post as usual. A payment the marketplace already collected is booked as the order's advance.

Limits and what is not there yet#

  • No marketplace is proven live yet. Watch the first orders, shipments and stock updates of a new connection, and report anything unexpected.
  • Prices are sent only in the market's own currency; there is no currency conversion.
  • On Etsy, TikTok Shop, Shopee and Lazada a product that lost its link is never re-created automatically; you re-link it.

Questions#

Why are Amazon FBA orders not on my pick list?

Amazon ships them from its own warehouse, not from your stock.

Can I cancel an Etsy order from here?

You can cancel it here, but Etsy's API cannot cancel orders. Cancel it in Etsy's Shop Manager too.

Why was a Walmart product not sent?

It is missing a required attribute. The product shows "needs" with the attribute; fill it on the product or set it once for its category.

Do marketplaces get my on-hand stock?

No — they get available stock, so what open orders already hold is not sold twice.
